Samsung Galaxy M20 Specifications: Samsung has finally announced its new Galaxy M series with India being the first market. This is Samsung ’s newest affordable line aimed at millennial and a fresh attempt to take on the likes of Xiaomi, Nokia and Realme, among others.
The Galaxy M20 is the second phone in this new series and they highlight a new Infinity-V display to offer an immersive experience along with long battery life and an ultra wide-angle camera.
The Galaxy M20 sports a 6.3-inch LCD Infinity-V display with a FHD+ resolution and a 19.9:5 aspect ratio. It is powered by Samsung’s newly announced Exynos 7904 chipset.
This is an octa-core chipset with two performance cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six cores at 1.6Ghz, which enables better battery efficiency. The chipset is paired with up to 4GB of RAM and is offered with up to 64GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable up to 512GB via microSD card.
One of the biggest highlights of the M20 is that it is Samsung’s first phone to come with a 5,000mAh battery. This promises two days of battery life and the phone also supports up to 15W fast charging.
The Galaxy M20 gets the same dual camera system with ultra wide-angle lense as the M10. However, the front camera is slightly better at 8MP with f/2.0 aperture. Like the M10, the M20 also runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Experience UI 9.5 on top. Both the phones also support dual SIM VoLTE as well.
